Frequently Asked Questions

How can I make this big church feel small?

Each week, you’ll be greeted at the Auditorium doors and handed a Watermark News. It contains a perforated section that you can fill out simply saying, “I want to get connected!” A staff member will follow up and help connect you to one of our many ministries where you can get to know others at Watermark.

Where do I park?

Parking is located in the Frisco High School parking lot that borders the Dallas North Tollway and Stonebrook Parkway. You can see it marked on our Watermark Frisco Parking Map. When you arrive, parking team volunteers will direct you to available spaces.

Where do I go after I park?

You may head to the Auditorium on campus which is marked by signs and greeters. Once inside, say hello at our Welcome Center, or head to your seat inside the Auditorium.

Dropping your children off to Kids' Ministry? In the main building, you’ll see signs and greeters directing you there. Please see map for details.

What should I wear?

Watermark is a casual environment, so wear what feels comfortable! Jeans and a t-shirt will fit right in.

May I take coffee into the Auditorium? What about food?

We’re thankful that Frisco ISD has allowed us to use this campus on Sundays. They’ve asked us not to bring food and coffee into the Auditorium, so please leave your mug in our Coffee Parking area before entering. Water is allowed if it’s in an enclosed container. Help us leave the campus even better than we found it.

Do you accommodate for special needs?

We have wheelchair-accessible parking spaces, restrooms, ramps, and wheelchair access seating in the Auditorium. Our parking team and greeters are always happy to point you in the right direction.

Kaleidoscope is Watermark’s ministry aimed at meeting the spiritual needs of individuals with disabilities. If you are interested in visiting Watermark and have a child with special needs, please contact us at kscope@frisco.watermark.org ahead of time so that we can be well-prepared to serve your family.
